We serve licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors, ensuring top-quality HVAC solutions across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada. With over 200+ locations, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs. The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Distribution Center Regional Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for training and supervising associates, reducing operational costs, monitoring the department's compliance with operational policies, and keeping up to date with the progress of administrative tasks. To be successful as a Warehouse Supervisor, the candidate should be result-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ultimately, a top-performing Warehouse Supervisor has excellent leadership, project management, and administrative management skills. This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • HVAC experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily receiving operations.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to Warehouse Associates based on business needs and customer priority.
  • Review warehouse processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Update any changes to receiving processes and retrain warehouse personnel as needed.
  • Coordinate product flow, facility layout, security, and maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the partnership with LTL (less than a load) providers, including cost control, damage claim rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure inbound trucks are efficiently unloaded and that all products are properly received and put away in the correct locations.
  • Manage staff scheduling and attendance based on the needs of the warehouse.
  • Manage individual staff performance through ongoing feedback, support, and provision of resources.
  • Promote a culture of high performance, customer service, and accountability.
  • Communicate effectively through email to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to manage and drive a team effectively to reduce cost and labor spend while maintaining best-in-class services.
