About The Position

Warehouse Supervisor — Middletown, PA Responsibilities & Duties Oversee and coordinate one or more key warehouse functions (inbound, outbound, inventory control, general warehouse tasks). Plan and assign staff work schedules and duties to meet changing workload demands. Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to warehouse associates and direct reports; also participate in hands-on work or more skilled tasks when needed. Monitor compliance with safety procedures and maintain working environment standards for safety and efficiency. Oversee import/export processes (if applicable), ensuring compliance with regulatory or legal requirements and service-level agreements. Prepare daily reports / production & shipping analysis, track metrics relevant to performance, productivity, accuracy. Participate in inventory control / management tasks: validating inventory accuracy, cycle-counts, stock organization, using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or at least ~2 years of experience as team leader or supervisor in a warehousing/distribution environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality control, and ability to maintain accuracy under fast-paced, deadline-oriented conditions.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office suite), basic math skills.
  • Good judgment, ability to delegate work effectively, escalate issues when needed, and lead a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fluctuating workloads and priorities (especially in busy fulfillment periods).
  • Reliable punctuality and ability to commit to assigned shift (1st or 2nd shift).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory management and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is strongly preferred.
