About The Position

ACT Fulfillment is seeking a motivated, self-starting professional to join our growing team. This role partners closely with Leadership and Operations to support safety initiatives and drive operational excellence within our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company. With three facilities totaling more than 1.5 million square feet, ACT Fulfillment serves customers across a diverse range of industries, including electronics, gaming, consumer goods, footwear, and apparel. Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and promote a positive work environment
  • Solid math and technical aptitude
  • Proactive problem-solver who generates ideas, seeks information, and takes initiative to resolve issues
  • Forklift certification required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using sound judgment, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Ability to assess situations effectively and escalate issues appropriately and in a timely manner

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a multi-shift operation highly desired
  • Experience with Davinci preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse associates; assign and monitor daily tasks
  • Conduct shift meetings to communicate operational updates, safety information, and performance expectations
  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate, timely, and free of damage
  • Promote and enforce safe operating procedures; troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure preventive maintenance is completed
  • Maintain working knowledge of all operating systems and warehouse technology relevant to the assigned area
  • Provide leadership that fosters a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce
  • Support warehouse employees in diagnosing operational issues and implementing solutions
  • Monitor employee performance and administer corrective action in partnership with Human Resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines
  • Develop and manage employee work schedules and staffing plans to meet operational demands
  • Manage project scope by documenting and obtaining approval for operational changes as needed
  • Monitor quality standards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintaining organization and meeting established deadlines
  • Demonstrate professionalism, mutual respect, and integrity in all interactions
  • Manage timekeeping and attendance procedures for warehouse employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
