About The Position

Requirements
- 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred)
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!)
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations
- Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes
- Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities
- Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations
