Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse and distribution experience, which includes at least 2 years of lead or supervisory experience in a warehouse.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience in using ERP and data warehouse processing software.
• Excellent planning, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with management and other operation departments.
• Good command of spoken & written English.

Nice To Haves

• Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and safety, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and assign daily work, adjusting tasks as needed to meet customer needs.
• Explain company policies to employees and ensure safety rules were followed.
• Look for ways to improve warehouse processes, employee performance, and equipment.
• Lead and organize daily team activities, set priorities, and manage work schedules.
• Motivate, train and coach team members, complete performance reviews, and support pay decisions.
