About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and ensuring timely material flow throughout the facility. This role supports production needs, promotes workplace safety, and leads warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Forklift certification (or ability to become certified).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material movement, storage, receiving, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., ASI or Labeltraxx), and Microsoft Office.
