As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will help ensure efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse operations. You will lead a team of operators and material handlers, driving daily activities that support production schedules, customer orders, and inventory accuracy. You will be both operational and people-focused, balancing workflow management with team development and compliance to safety standards. By overseeing inventory control, material flow, and shipment processes, you will help optimize performance and contribute to overall supply chain success.

  • Supervise a team of Warehouse Operators/Material Handlers to complete loading, unloading, staging, storing, relocating, and stacking of materials and products.
  • Collect and review production schedules, inventory data, and shipping orders to plan daily and weekly material flows that meet demand and supply needs.
  • Oversee the receipt, labeling, storage, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Ensure preparation and shipment of products align with customer orders and specifications.
  • Monitor loading, unloading, and staging activities for accuracy, safety, and compliance with standards.
  • Lead physical inventories and cycle counts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring stock rotation.
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with company EHS guidelines and public safety regulations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse facilities and equipment, submitting service requests as needed.
  • Identify skill gaps, organize training, and coach team members to build capabilities.
  • Partner with Logistics leadership and HR to support workforce planning and talent development.
  • Support annual HR processes for the warehouse team.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the manager.
  • Vocational diploma in logistics or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2–5 years of experience leading teams.
  • 3+ years of experience with warehouse process flow, shipping and receiving regulations, and inventory management practices.
  • Understanding of transportation supplier landscape and product safety/security norms.
  • Familiarity with production process flow and scheduling.
  • Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to use desktop and handheld devices for real-time inventory updates and order management.
