About The Position
This position will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the management of the warehouse operations, in order to achieve operational levels and service goals. Assist in the implementation of the processes and systems that will ensure customer expectations for product quality and service reliability are exceeded and will be held accountable for achieving overall operating results consistent with individual and company performance goals. This position will also assist in the banana, avocado, and mango ripening process. Assisting the General Manager in determining product disposition and perform quality and color checks.
