About The Position
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and help drive performance in a fast-paced logistics environment in Port Reading, NJ 07064. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing the logistics operations and providing coaching, development, and training to the staff members. The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes. They will be accountable for ensuring that the staff is performing to standard and that progress is made to achieve the business objectives.
