About The Position

We are now hiring Warehouse Supervisor. Ideal candidates should have prior warehouse experience and a supervisory skill is must. This position will plan and schedules warehouse activities and interacts with Quality, Global Compliance, Shipping and Production Control personnel at multiple sites to coordinate daily inputs and outputs of the warehouse. This position typically works under general supervision and direction.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience at Distribution Company
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Basic Algebra Skills
• Must be able to lift 40 LB's
• Valid Driver's License
• College Education
• Fork Lift Certified
• Quick learner with ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
• Strategic thinkers who can help develop and implement new process

Responsibilities

• Review bill of lading for incoming products to insure accuracy and plan work activities
• Assign workers to specific duties, such as inventory control, stocking, and product rotation
• Keep accurate records, maintains and submits various reports
• Recommend and maintains operational procedures
• Oversees cleaning and proper disposal of damaged and out-of-date product
• Monitors and maintains cleanliness of overall warehouse
• Responsible to see that warehouse tasks and activities are performed, following company’s health and safety procedures
• Manage warehouse employees
