About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily operation tasks in the warehouse, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient facility. This role includes strict compliance with all safety policies and procedures, managing shipping and receiving procedures, and maintaining housekeeping standards. The supervisor will also ensure timely and accurate deliveries, investigate complaints, and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in SAP as it relates to job functions.
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
• Ability to make logical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shipping procedures including pulling and staging orders, checking orders, and loading trucks.
• Oversee all receiving procedures including unloading trucks, inspecting freight for damage, and verifying materials to packing lists.
• Maintain cleanliness in all work areas including dock areas and aisle ways.
• Ensure timely and safe shuttling of raw materials ordered by the plant.
• Supervise outbound shipping activity to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Investigate complaints and enforce corrective actions.
• Supervise receiving activity and ensure accurate put away of received materials.
• Operate on-board RF monitors.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working order and report necessary repairs.
• Investigate and report on all accidents and near misses.
• Work overtime when required and maintain flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Train and coach employees as needed and hold them accountable.
