We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Pod Lead to lead and inspire a team of warehouse operatives. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and accurate fulfilment while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse/logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
• Enforce health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements for continuous efficiency gains.
