Responsible for overseeing assigned area, meeting and exceeding set salvage and transportation standards, goals and expectations while providing support for people to both employees and persons in services working in area. The role ensures the processing area is clean, organized, and aisles are not blocked, and that job duties are performed safely, maintaining a safe environment for all. The supervisor is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned production goals, addressing bottlenecks, and ensuring efficient and safe product movement. This position also involves assisting in the training of workers and consumers, focusing on interpersonal skills, production, and work quality. Additional responsibilities include ensuring documentation and compliance with CARF standards, maintaining applicable safety standards, driving performance with S.M.A.R.T objectives, providing exemplary customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and maximizing the social and financial return of community resources.
