About The Position

This position will serve as the Warehouse Supervisor for Clark Beverage Group, Inc. This supervisor position will support the Warehouse Manager through ensuring processes are followed for the building of orders, receiving of inbound product, loading of outbound orders, dunnage management, inventory management, warehouse equipment management, and facilities. In addition to various administrative tasks and other duties as deemed necessary to deliver the company's goals. As the WS, this position will report directly to the local Warehouse Manager and coordinate collectively with them to support the execution of the budget. As the WS you will be responsible for all warehouse employees within your team. That will include all volume, operational expenses, and performance metric targets for your team. Additionally, you are responsible for all communication to your team and supporting the business through warehouse processes and procedures. Lastly, this role is crucial to working with your team during meetings in a manner that supports the aspect of building your team's professional capabilities as individuals and a team.

• Communicate effectively with your team and support the business through warehouse processes and procedures.
• Conduct meetings to build the professional capabilities of your team.
• Treat everyone fairly and respectfully while holding your team accountable for their actions and results.
• Follow all processes and procedures of the company.
• Understand and deliver upon all warehouse targets given.
• Develop your warehouse team's capabilities by coaching and working with them.
• Communicate up and down the chain in a timely manner with appropriate details.
• Develop yourself for other roles within CBG to support the company strategy.
• Perform any other duties deemed necessary by Management to deliver the company's goals.
