About The Position

As a Warehouse Supervisor I at DB Schenker, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the warehouse operational infrastructure. This includes developing and maintaining ISO level operation guidelines and metrics, monitoring productivity standards, and ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations layout. You will also establish daily operating schedules, coordinate daily cycle counts, and develop an internal training center within the operation. Presenting facility operations to prospective customers and ensuring a safe working environment through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will select and place staff, ensure they receive training for job activities, and define specific job assignments while managing performance to meet productivity levels and organizational objectives.

Requirements

• This is a supervisory position.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Generally prefer 0-2 years of related supervisory experience.
