About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the management and training of personnel to ensure the efficient completion of tasks assigned. This role is expected to be hands-on in all warehouse functions including the loading and unloading of product.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with or without assistance, as applicable)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Ability to read and understand safety policies and procedures
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient shift performance
• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse team members, including new hire and ongoing training
• Oversee inventory management and product movement using proper equipment and techniques
• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor throughout the shift
• Monitor employee performance, providing coaching, recognition, and corrective action as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment and compliance with all safety procedures and emergency protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
