Responsibilities

• Order, track, count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Pull, document, and pack plumber's orders accurately.
• Shop for best pricing from vendors while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Track returned warranty items and confirm credits received.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock depletion to maintain customer service.
• Conduct regular truck stock inventory checks with plumbers.
• Deliver materials to plumbers on job sites as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and the warehouse, including the dumpster area.
• Assist with dispatching and answering phones when the office is shorthanded.
