About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor for the 3rd Shift is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring employees to achieve production goals as outlined by the plant manager. This role requires leading a team, developing a positive work environment, and making key employee decisions such as hiring, training, and performance reviews. The supervisor will also coordinate daily workflows, ensure safety standards are met, and maintain effective communication within the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• At least 1 year experience with a warehouse management system including reporting tools.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including off shifts and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage warehouse employees to achieve production goals.
• Conduct employee communication meetings and performance reviews.
• Resolve employee issues and conduct training and career counseling.
• Assign employees to appropriate work areas based on functional requirements.
• Coordinate daily workflow with other management personnel.
• Perform accident and near miss investigations.
• Ensure work areas are maintained and unsafe conditions are corrected immediately.
• Promote accurate and timely communication within the organization.
