The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee 2nd shift operations at PepsiCo, focusing on the efficient management of warehouse activities including loading trucks, conducting audits, and ensuring safety and productivity.   • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on cost efficiency and safety.
  • Coordinate receiving, shipping, and material handling responsibilities in the warehouse.
  • Manage the timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
  • Utilize warehouse layout and loading patterns to minimize loading time.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to fulfill daily sales needs.
  • Provide timely service to the sales department while minimizing costs.
  • Develop and motivate the team to solve operational issues and achieve performance goals.
  • Deliver effective change leadership while minimizing impact on personnel.
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization.
  • Build employee capability through effective hiring, training, and communication.
  • Maintain the inventory system to aid in production scheduling.
  • Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained.
  • Identify and execute productivity opportunities to meet the annual operating plan.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or a similar field.
  • Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred, with exposure to Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience supervising frontline staff in a performance-driven environment.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Prior union experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach others.
  • Excellent communication, flexibility, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
