Requirements

• Experience with Inventory Control and Analysis
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and inventory software tracking
• Understanding of warehouse receiving and stocking procedures
• Understanding of work quality
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Technical knowledge of cutting tools is a plus
• Automated vending knowledge/experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Forklift Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse operations
• Interact with customer and vendors regarding project management
• Ensure all employees are working safely and are properly trained for their tasks
• Interact with staff for scheduling, problem solving, and team building
• Check attendance
• Provide discipline to employees as outlined in the US Tool company handbook
• Keep areas clean and organized
• Audit different processes daily to ensure proficiency
• Interact with receiving personnel regarding incoming deliveries
• Follow up with Farmington staff concerning requests for expedited items
• Dedicate time each day for current projects
• Contact vendors to help buyers resolve issues or expedite items
• Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine the root cause
• Provide excellent customer service
• Report daily to the Site Manager/Program Manager any issues that need attention
