About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED required.
  • One-year stockroom/inventory experience preferred.
  • Safe driving record & valid driver's license.
  • Familiar with inventory functions.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Good communications skills.
  • Ability to reconcile numbers/nomenclature in PO's & packing slips with accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Storeroom duties including patient care equipment/code carts, receiving, par carts, cleaning of storeroom, delivery of materials to the ordering department.
  • Receiving and delivering all items received into the hospital to facilitate an uninterrupted flow of materials.
  • Responsible for replenishing product that has been received into its assigned par stocking location in the medical departments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in processing the receipts of all inbound freight by packing slip and purchase order, as well as processing all outbound shipments from the hospital.
  • Responsible for obtaining signatures for the items delivered to ensure proper documentation for processing payment.
  • Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
