Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead. Responsibilities We are seeking a Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead to join our growing team. The Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead is is responsible for helping plan, guide, and direct team members in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands, meet productivity expectations and work deadlines, handle administration duties, trouble shooting, problem solving, training with all team members. To succeed as a Warehouse Stocking - Team Lead you must be accurate, able to work at a fast pace, prompt, willing to work as part of the team, willing to work a flexible schedule and committed to providing our customers with an excellent experience.

Requirements

Able to work weekends.
Excellent attendance
2-3 year's of hands on supervisory experience required.
1-year stocking/receiving experience.
High School Diploma/GED
Read, write, and understand the English language (Spanish is a plus+)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Good people skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks.
Ability to lift 50-pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks.
Maintain and promote workplace safety
Securing and transferring cash or other assets.

Responsibilities

Ensuring team associates follow proper procedures, and that safety, productivity and quality goals are achieved.
Assisting in the training of new associates.
Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication.
Directs and oversees the Internet process of picking, sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines
Assist receiving and inventory supervisors to help navigate and prioritize incoming product.
Monitor systems and emails frequently to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep work areas clean and clear of safety hazards
