We are currently hiring a Warehouse Stocker IN this position the warehouse stocker loads/unloads shipments, organizes inventory, and maintains stock levels in a warehouse, often using scanning technology to track goods. They ensure products are accurately placed, labeled, and prepared for shipping. Physical stamina is essential for lifting, and the role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and organized, environment. Key Responsibilities Receive & Stock: Unload delivery trucks, inspect incoming, goods for damage, and move inventory to proper, designated locations (racking, shelves, or floor). Inventory Management: Utilize handheld scanners to track stock, perform inventory counts, and reconcile discrepancies. Order Fulfillment: Pull, pack, and prepare products for shipment; rotate stock using (FIFO) methods to minimize waste. Safety & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, remove, debris/empty boxes, and operate equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely. Data Entry: Update, inventory records, and ensure product labels are accurate and readable. Required Skills and Qualifications Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for long periods, and navigate, ladders or heavy, machinery. Technical Proficiency: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory scanning devices. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to counting, sorting, and labeling products to prevent errors. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
