About The Position

Join our team at Replacements, Ltd., the world’s largest retailer of tableware. With over 11 million pieces in inventory, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring an organized, efficient inventory system. Under minimal supervision, the Warehouse Stocker (Shelver) is responsible for accurately shelving incoming inventory, helping to streamline order fulfillment while minimizing damage to inventory. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and efficiency in a team-oriented environment. This job is perfect for those who enjoy physical work and maintaining an organized system. Candidates must be able to climb and pull ladders and carts safely throughout an 8-hour shift and regularly lift and move 15 to 25 lbs. Standing, walking, and carrying are required.

Requirements

A strong understanding of product knowledge, appropriate to the role.
Experience operating specialized inventory computer systems, or a willingness to learn.
The ability to work independently and structure daily tasks efficiently.
A keen eye for detail, following procedures accurately and recognizing product differences.

Responsibilities

Verify that shelved products match the receipt paperwork, including pattern name, piece type, quantity, and quality, and resolve any discrepancies.
Use a scan/scan put-away device to reconcile shelving receipts with the appropriate shelf.
Process problem receipts and damaged stock according to established procedures.
Maintain inventory integrity by straightening and organizing shelves while shelving.
Place products onto assigned shelves accurately and efficiently.
Complete shelving paperwork with precision, clearly noting any necessary shelf-to-shelf moves.
Communicate with the Supervisor and team members to identify and resolve inventory issues.
Track individual production stats for shelving and other tasks, ensuring accurate time entry in the timekeeping system.
Assist the Centralized Pulling Department and other departments as needed or as assigned by the Supervisor.
