About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to support our shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered to support production and customer needs. What You’ll Do Receiving & Inspection Review and confirm incoming paperwork against shipments Perform basic receiving inspections to verify parts, quantities, and key specifications Label and store materials in appropriate locations Verify all incoming shipments for accuracy and acceptable condition Shipping & Material Handling Lead and participate in all shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and bills of lading Pick and kit parts using pick lists for production, vendors, or customers Verify quantities for outgoing shipments Inventory & Systems Perform inventory control, including cycle counting and material management Lead and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts Track inventory levels and notify leadership of shortages Enter and maintain accurate data in systems such as Oracle and Excel Warehouse Operations Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage locations Operate forklifts and powered equipment Perform visual quality checks on materials Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions General Responsibilities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (including yard and production areas) Participate in safety meetings and initiatives Assist with training and supporting team members as needed Perform general labor tasks (lifting, moving, cleaning, etc.) Work overtime as needed What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Experience with MRP systems (Oracle preferred), Excel, and general data entry Forklift experience required; overhead crane experience is a plus Ability to read (or learn to read) blueprints and fabrication drawings Basic math skills for material calculations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently The responsibilities listed above are intended to describe the general nature of the role and are not all-inclusive. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
  • Forklift experience required
  • Ability to read (or learn to read) blueprints and fabrication drawings
  • Basic math skills for material calculations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Experience with MRP systems (Oracle preferred), Excel, and general data entry
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus
