About The Position

The Warehouse/Stock Associate position at Paradies-Wichita, LLC involves supporting warehouse operations at the Wichita Airport. Requirements

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations both on and off the airport site.
• Process shipping and receiving functions, including unloading trucks and pulling stock orders.
• Communicate with store management, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance with delivery regulations.
• Maintain and deliver stock to various locations throughout the day.
• Assist with putting away stock, setting planograms, and various promotions.
• Conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions accurately.
• Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required.
• Accurately report and follow up on all inventory management issues.
