Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid forklift certification required
• 1+ year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-player mindset
• Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and basic warehouse software

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and stage orders
• Perform order picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading
• Handle inventory control, labeling, and documentation using RF scanners
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse procedure
• Support shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Complete daily logs and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment
