About The Position

The Warehouse Staff position at Great Floors LLC is responsible for performing various tasks related to warehouse operations under the direction of the Warehouse Manager. This role includes receiving and organizing products, preparing them for delivery, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store facility. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other staff members and installers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Three years of prior warehouse clerk experience.
  • Basic computer skills for reviewing and producing documents related to inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Receive products into the warehouse and organize them for delivery.
  • Prepare products for delivery to customers and installers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the store interior and exterior.
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse racks and equipment, reporting any repair needs to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Maintain the carpet color wall and pallet displays according to company guidelines.
  • Participate in warehouse department meetings as required.
  • Promote customer relations through professional interaction with customers.
  • Follow all safety procedures and practices.
