About The Position

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to provide essential warehousing, inventory, and logistics support for our Navy client in Pensacola, FL. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of material and parts inventory, which is vital for meeting production schedules and order priorities. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for compiling and maintaining inventory and status information, expediting the movement of materials between the storage warehouse and production areas. This includes reading production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine the type and quantity of materials required, as well as the availability of stock and order priorities for NETC Training Delivery Services. In this position, the Warehouse Specialist will locate and distribute materials to specified production areas, either manually or using equipment such as hand carts, hand trucks, or forklifts. Maintaining a perpetual inventory of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed is essential, and this may involve using computer inventory programs. The role also requires maintaining records, such as material inventory records and production records, either manually or through computer systems like Excel, CMPro, or Navy ERP. The Warehouse Specialist will examine received materials, verify part numbers, and check for discrepancies, such as damaged or unmarked parts, ensuring that the correct materials are assigned to workstations based on work ticket specifications. Additionally, the Warehouse Specialist will generate shipping documents, package materials correctly for shipping requests, and process obsolete materials through the DoD decommission procedure. This position is integral to supporting the Navy's operational needs and ensuring that all logistics and inventory processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
