About The Position

As a Warehouse Specialist/Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving, auditing, processing, palletizing, stacking large and sometimes heavy materials, as well as shipping items returned to us from locations across the eastern United States. We are an automated facility that uses Geek+ robotics to help deliver items to processing boxes.

Requirements

• Handle packages/boxes of various sizes and weights, up to 60 pounds, repeatedly.
• Perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, leaning, climbing, squatting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods (8–10 hours a day).
• Daily task would include, placing items and scanning them to robots, using TC22 (handheld devices) to scan items to boxes, close boxes, open boxes, and assign boxes to pallets.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics environment, or automated environment is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently when required.
• A proactive attitude towards identifying and improving warehouse processes.
• Prior experience/certification operating powered equipment such as forklifts, walkie riders, and electric/manual pallet jacks.
