Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
U.S. Citizen or authorized worker
Able to lift 50lbs
Ability to work as a teammate
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn how to operate forklifts and other equipment
Attention to detail
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding

Responsibilities

Warehousing of seed and maintaining product integrity inside the warehouse
Loading and unloading customers and trucks using a forklift
Ability to troubleshoot issues and notify correct personal to help fix
Follow all safety, health and other company policies and procedures
Fill 50 lb bags with seed and stack manually on pallets
Record all inventory data in the inventory management software
Operate forklifts as required to move product
Operate other machinery when needed to move seed: skid steer, tele-handler & forklift
Operate seed handling conveyors, augers, etc
All other duties as assigned
