At Leaderpromos our warehouse team works at our Customer Success Center fulfilling the decorative production orders from our client’s web stores. The successful candidates will be a key player in picking and packing materials as well as assisting with decorative production design such as trimming embroidered orders or completing with heat press orders. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 or more year’s fulfillment center or production experience
- Basic understand of Microsoft office suite
- Well organized
- Able to communicate with peers and leadership
- Ability to multi-task and be open to handling various job duties
- Well organized to maintain priorities of multiple tasks
- Perform tasks independently and efficiently.
- Be accountable for one’s actions
- Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a warehouse/production setting: to stand for prolonged periods of time; to regularly stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs. of weight; to operate production equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordinator including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
- Able to speak, write and read the English language effectively
- Ability to handle noise level in the work environment that is usually moderate to loud
- Ability to work in an environment that is NOT temperature controlled.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack fulfillment orders
- Maintain inventory counts: running inventory reports and respond to inventory request from our customer service teams
- Using warehouse management software for inventory
- Unload truck deliveries and stow items in an organized manor
- Outbound shipping of customer orders
- Manage FedEx and UPS shipments and receipts
- Monitor shipping and production inventory, ordering shipping supplies or production supplies as needed
- Operate forklift, walkie stacker or pallet jack as needed
- Execute fulfillment projects as assigned
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping cleaning
- Assist production team with trimming embroidered orders
- Read and follow production orders to spec for custom designs
- Operate heat press properly to decrease unsafe conditions
