Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, material handling, or manufacturing required
  • Experience with SAP preferred; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated experience managing international shipping logistics, including export documentation, customs requirements, and coordination with global carriers
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., FDA, ISO) preferred
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy and a conscientious approach to work
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and movement of inventory
  • Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders; inspect for damage, discrepancies, and compliance with quality standards
  • Execute end-to-end order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and manage all shipping documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory, export, and company requirements
  • Independently coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including international logistics, with carriers and external warehouse partners
  • Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records and proactively partner with Customer Service and Production to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Oversee warehouse organization, layout, and cleanliness to support efficient operations and inventory control
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, accuracy, and overall warehouse performance
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for warehouse operations, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
  • Perform additional duties as required to support operational needs
