Role reports to: Warehouse 2nd Shift Team Lead Location: North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Lititz Work Location: Fully Onsite What you will do Kenvue is currently recruiting for : Warehouse Specialist-2nd shift 3rd shift and D shift openings Our Warehouse Specialists are responsible for operating forklifts to load/unload trailers and transporting pallets of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility in support of our manufacturing and packaging operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED required
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a Warehouse and / or Manufacturing / Packaging facility
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in various subjects: reading, arithmetic, inspection and measurements, and mechanical aptitude through computerized testing.
  • Flexibility and ability to work available shift: 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) Monday to Friday as well as overtime Monday to Friday, weekends and Holidays, as necessary. 3rd shift (11:00pm-7am)
  • Physical ability to manually lift material up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience within a GMP facility
  • SAP or other inventory management system experience
  • Experience operating 5 high reach truck and slip sheet forklifts in a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility
  • Experience at loading intermodal, dry van, and refrigerated units

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload trailers and transport pallets of raw materials, packaging components, operating supplies, finished goods and other materials to and from various plant locations.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Inventory Management System (SAP) and utilize it effectively in a production environment.
  • Perform sanitation and light maintenance tasks, including general housekeeping of the receiving and shipping docks and other areas of the Warehouse.
