We provide HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility services across the region, and our warehouse team plays a critical role in keeping everything running smoothly. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for keeping materials, equipment, and operations flowing efficiently. This role supports field technicians, manages inventory, handles deliveries, and ensures the warehouse and fleet are maintained to company standards. This is a hands-on role that requires organization, accountability, and a team-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Valid DOT medical card (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 75 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized with the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification
  • Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical parts

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts and equipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Ensure technicians have the materials needed for daily and emergency work
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
  • Deliver materials and equipment to job sites throughout the metro area
  • Load and unload vehicles safely
  • Assist technicians on-site when needed
  • Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes for efficiency
  • Maintain a clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • Inspect warehouse safety equipment and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Promote a safe work environment and report hazards
  • Perform facility upkeep including snow removal, lawn care, and general maintenance
  • Conduct routine inspections of company vehicles (fluids, tires, lights, safety gear)
  • Complete minor repairs or coordinate service as needed
  • Ensure technician vehicles are properly stocked with inventory and tools
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new Warehouse Specialists
  • Support communication between Warehouse, Office, and Field teams
  • Help keep operations running smoothly across departments
