About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to assist with daily warehouse operations in Lenexa, KS. This is a special project role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time, permanent position with our customer in December 2026. In this role, you will serve as a key support resource for warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, product quality, and timely delivery coordination. You will work closely with warehouse, distribution, sales, shipping, and carrier personnel to maintain high service levels and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

Must reside in Lenexa, KS or within a reasonable driving distance
High school diploma or GED required (verification required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control (fast-paced environment preferred)
Strong prioritization and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor in all settings
Dependable, ethical, and high integrity
Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Adaptable, flexible, and able to multi-task under pressure

Responsibilities

Inspect products and maintain records of damaged, defective, expired, and short inventory using computer systems and inventory management software
Track product movement and verify inventory accuracy
Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products
Compile and inspect incoming and outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage requirements
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in compliance with safety regulations
Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, and common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries
Investigate customer complaints, track service levels, and resolve discrepancies
Work with internal resources to obtain alternative products (loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments, etc.)
Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (delivery and return)
Organize, retrieve, and stock goods accurately and efficiently
Perform other duties as assigned
