About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures accurate inventory control, maintains a safe and organized warehouse environment, and supports efficient distribution of materials and products.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • Proficiency in spoken English language (see below asterisk)
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
  • Most employment is contingent upon meeting company driving standards, including 3 year U.S. driving history and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
  • Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in Midland, TX.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems.
  • Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, WMS/ERP systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification (stand-up, sit-down, or reach truck) preferred.
  • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, LTL systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials and products for outgoing shipments.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal workflow and storage utilization.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials according to safety and company guidelines.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate pickup with carriers as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Work closely with procurement, production, logistics, and customer service teams.
  • Communicate inventory discrepancies or delays promptly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
