About The Position

The Opportunity: The Warehouse Specialist will work in support of the C5ISR Headquarters and subordinate directorates at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD. Individual will be working on a government site with the customer and associated contractors as part of the C5ISR warehouse team. This position will play a critical role in the proper tracking and accountability of potentially sensitive materials for key U.S. Army programs. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Requirements

• Must have Active Secret Clearance.
• AS/AA or 2 year tech school w/ 3 years experience or HS/GED w/ 5 years experience in construction, industrial arts, property management, or business administration.
• Must be experienced in the safe handling and transportation of equipment in accordance with established SOP’s.
• Must have experience in conducting equipment inventory and maintaining property accountability documentation
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of warehousing duties, which require an understanding of the establishment’s storage plan.
• Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods’ rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials; examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; removing material from storage and preparing for shipment.
• May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehouse activities.
• General Construction, HVAC, Electrical and/or facility operations
• Manages moderate program/technical support operations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of program or technical support activities.
