About The Position

Warehouse Specialist Williamsburg, MI BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing, family-owned Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer transforming bathrooms across Michigan and building long-term careers in the skilled trades. We are hiring a Warehouse Specialist to support our installation teams in the Northern Michigan Area while learning the products, tools, and systems that power our remodels. This role is ideal for someone looking to get into the trades and understands that learning the materials comes first. You will gain hands-on exposure to remodeling products, job preparation, and installation workflows while building a strong foundation for future growth into field or installer roles.

Requirements

• Interest in getting into the skilled trades or construction industry
• Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Team-focused with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, construction, or hands-on work experience preferred
• Hi-Lo experience and certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and stage remodeling materials and tools
• Prepare daily job kits for installation crews
• Learn BathWorks products, materials, and install requirements
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Load and unload trucks and help maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Communicate with field teams to ensure jobs are fully prepared
