What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team: Receive material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses with accuracy and efficiency. Verify the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list. Prepare a receiving report if none is available. Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items and appropriately report/record any discrepancies. Load and unload delivery trucks. Stock products and materials on shelves, racks or other designated storage areas. Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print back order and inventory stock put away list. Attach identifying tag or labels to materials and/or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Assemble and fill orders to be shipped to customers. Prepare shipping documentation. Review all orders to determine if items were picked correctly. Safely operate all the necessary equipment in work area. Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the cycle count list. Perform other general warehouse duties as necessary.

Requirements

1+ years of warehouse and distribution experience including use of commercial or industrial equipment.
Experience with handheld computer equipment such as RF scanners.
Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
Able to work well and coordinate with others.
Ability to read, write and exhibit strong basic math skills.

Ability to operate material moving equipment such as a forklift, riding pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and picking carts.
