About The Position

The Aviation Warehouse Specialist - Temp will be responsible for lot receiving and the packing and shipping of orders. Processing those orders using the companys computer system, inspection of inbound and outbound products. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the general upkeep of the warehouse, and various other warehousing duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a parts warehousing environment.
• Be proficient in Windows based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process inbound aircraft parts and related products.
• Pick, pack, and ship outbound aircraft parts (international & domestic) and related products.
• Operate non-motorized warehouse equipment.
• Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
• Communicate with immediate supervisor and Operations manager regarding order status/issues.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy for all data entry and computer work.
• Ensure stock of boxes and packing material stay at recommended levels.
