About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist will assist local parcel delivery operations, including sorting, pickup, and dispatch. This role involves forecasting driver needs, planning DSP driver routes, and recruiting/interviewing drivers. The specialist will assign tasks to frontline and outsourced warehouse staff to enhance team cohesion and troubleshoot operational issues. Familiarity with internal warehouse/logistics software and data handling tasks is essential. The position requires generating daily pickup tasks, reviewing, and distributing them to the dispatch team, as well as collaborating across departments to allocate driver resources effectively. The specialist will also address vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, and other disruptions, communicate task changes with third parties, and assist drivers in resolving issues during pickup and delivery. Managing exception handling and complaints, including delays or missed pickups, is a key responsibility, along with working with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timely resolutions and close service loops. The role requires fluency in both Chinese and English (written & spoken) and legal work authorization in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (written & spoken).
  • Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across dispatch, drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams.
  • Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Comfortable with phone and email communication.

  • Customer service or warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.

Responsibilities
