About The Position

The Warehouse Specialist at 3PL Vision LLC is responsible for coordinating and processing incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments at the Salt Lake City facility. This role involves accurate documentation of materials, inventory control, and ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate departments. The position requires solid experience in shipping and receiving, as well as proficiency in using Oracle for inventory management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related warehouse experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of shipping, loading, and off-loading of trailers and commercial invoices.
• Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, both orally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Oracle software for inventory control.
• Forklift training and operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments.
• Accurately document incoming materials and ensure timely delivery to the proper department or warehouse location.
• Process packages for shipping and load trucks for timely dispatch.
• Perform cycle counting duties to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to company policies and GMP procedures.
• Initiate inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
• Receive and verify Material Destruction Orders (MDOs) and scrap non-conforming inventory.
