As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred
• Have/Obtain Forklift Operator Certification
• Have/Maintain a Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling material service requests (MSRs)
• Performing verification of accuracy of items and quantities on MSRs pulled by other Logistics personnel
• Unload trucks with forklifts and verify materials received are undamaged and in compliance with packing list and freight bills
• Assist Logistics Warehouse Stock Clerk by filling out all applicable receiving paperwork
• Stocking new or returned inventory and rotating older inventory while ensuring what is in stock matches system quantities and locations are correct
• Perform physical cycle counts as assigned to verify system inventory accuracy
• Drop off / pick up of NDBC's fleet of leased vehicles for preventative maintenance services
• Provide local receiving and delivery services for all new items delivered to NDBC
• Stage, load, and deliver excessed items to NASA Redistribution or SSC Landfill
• Ensuring the warehouse is always safe, clean and organized
• Daily mail pickup/deliveries
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
