The Warehouse Specialist I is a key position for Supply Services with essential functions offering opportunities to gain experience related to using modern receiving software systems, warehouse equipment and logistics to assure the patients/residents we serve are supplied their needed supplies for daily living. This is accomplished through efficient logistical, inventory and warehouse work: receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock, pulling orders from inventory, delivering goods, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. This is a physically active position where creativity, strength and discipline are important factors to assist with the heavy physical work involved. While the focus of this position is movement of supplies, this position will also be cross trained to learn new and exciting skills including using the newest up-to-date receiving software systems, handheld devices for inventory control and warehouse equipment.
