About The Position

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Specialist I to support a Federal Government client at our Lexington Park, MD locations. This position currently requires an on-site schedule with 5 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. This position is not eligible for The MIL Referral Bonus program.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years' experience in the receipt, storage, and issuance of equipment, material or supplies in a warehouse environment
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to obtain Department of Transportation (DOT) certification
• Extensive experience working with databases, including the entering and editing of data within an inventory database
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate a forklift (training will be provided)
• Ability to operate a box truck long distance

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enter, and update data in inventory databases
• Track issuance of equipment
• Receive, store, pack out, and handle equipment in a warehouse environment
• Process discrepant materials
• Transport materials to other sites using company supplied vehicles, including driving pickup trucks and box truck.

Benefits

• Compensation in accordance with the prevailing wage rates and benefits specified by the Department of Labor for the specific job classification and location.
• Current rate is $18.02 - $20.09 per hour.
