Job Summary The Warehouse Specialist I - Materials (2nd shift) is an entry-level role responsible for performing basic materials handling tasks in support of manufacturing operations. This position assists with receiving, storing, issuing, and inventorying materials, and ensures accuracy and organization within the warehouse. Key Metrics and Focus Areas Accuracy of material transactions and inventory records. Timeliness of material picking and issuing. Compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

  • We are an ITAR Controlled Facility; all applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. We can not sponsor visas.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or materials handling role.
  • Familiarity with ERP or inventory software systems.
  • Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials according to company procedures.
  • Store materials in designated locations and maintain warehouse organization.
  • Pick and issue materials accurately to production or shipping areas.
  • Perform basic inventory transactions using warehouse management systems.
  • Support periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors promptly.
  • Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.
