Requirements

Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record
Prior warehouse experience (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction preferred)
Ability to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
Experience handling materials, freight, and job-site supplies
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

Prior manager experience a plus
Inventory or cycle count experience is a plus
HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing experience is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Pull, stage, and load parts, tools, and materials for HVAC construction projects and service calls
Load delivery trucks accurately for daily job site deliveries
Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts
Make local deliveries using company vehicles as needed
Communicate with field crews to ensure jobs are properly supplied

Benefits

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
