CGI Federal is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support the DEA in Quantico, VA. Your future duties and responsibilities: - Receive incoming mail (FedEx, USPS, UPS, freight) - Operate an X-Ray machine for incoming and outgoing mail - Verify received items against receiving and procurement documents - Store, stack, or palletize items - Move furniture (tables, desks, chairs), file cabinets, pelican cases, boxes, and various equipment - Rearrange and inventory stored clothing, gear, or administrative supplies - Operate a hand power jack or forklift - Assist fleet with transporting vehicles to/from repair shops - Check in and out vehicles - Hold a valid driver's license to operate official government vehicles - Work independently - Operate a binding machine (electric and handheld) - Provide customer service for mail room, clothing, shipping, and vehicles - Process items in an electronic inventory management system (fulfill customer requests from existing stock) - Possess some reproduction/duplication knowledge - Replace toners, waste cartridges, or fix paper jams on copiers - Maintain stock levels in assigned areas, acquire quotes, and submit procurement documents to replenish stock - Distribute gear and clothing to staff and students - Conduct courier runs to other DEA offices - Operate a hazardous mail vent hood (screening for bio-hazards; PPE provided)

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass DEA clearance process
  • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • Due to the nature of the government contracts this position requires US Citizenship.
