Provide administrative support for warehouse operations, including organizing and maintaining shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork. Create, review, and manage Outbound Deliveries (OBDs) within SAP. Perform and monitor Goods Issues (GI) and Goods Receipts (GR) to ensure accurate inventory movement. Prepare and review shipping documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork. Investigate and resolve warehouse and SAP discrepancies related to inventory, deliveries, and transactions. Coordinate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and SAP transaction accuracy. Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and audit preparation as required. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within warehouse administrative functions. This position is performed in a warehouse environment and may require frequent walking, standing, and occasional lifting. The role may support warehouse operations during peak periods or extended hours as required. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred. Knowledge of SAP WM, EWM, or LE modules is preferred. Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting is preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) is preferred.
